Returns & Exchanges

At LeatherCult, we strive for perfection in every handcrafted piece, but if your garment isn't a perfect fit, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made items are handled with specific care to ensure your bespoke measurements are honored.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange and submit a formal request.

• 2.
  Await Authorization

  Our quality control team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the unworn leather garment in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 7 business days.
